This thrilling alliance will offer an exceptional opportunity for our trainees to get into their preferred professions rapidly.The Financial Training Academy (TFTA) is one of the largest CeMAP training academies in the UK. With facilities at Bank, in the heart of the City of London, to train more then 300 financial advisors per month, with the aim of getting them qualified and into jobs. They assist students every step of the way to gaining a career in financial services and are affiliated with some of the largest employers of financial advisors in the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for trainees to put their new skills into action and find out what employers expect from a Microsoft and Cisco Certified Professional.
Work placements give trainees practical knowledge of what it's like to be apart of the workforce - letting them know what to expect in a full-time job.
Trainees have the opportunity to acquire industry-specific knowledge, skills and experience throughout their job placement.
The Business Development Academy's Work Placement Program provides full-time employment opportunities to candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Must have an A* - C in Maths and English GCSE's or equivalent
- Must register with TBDA by attending a consultation.
- Must be available for full-time work.
- Must be Microsoft certified or under going similar qualifications.
